Never take anything for granted
We don’t confuse a good market with being geniuses. Ego is the enemy – it makes us slow, closed, and easy to beat. We stay quiet but dangerous: heads down, never celebrating too early. Easy growth is the most dangerous moment for any company. Only the paranoid survive.
Run through walls
When we hit an obstacle we don’t wait for permission, look for the easy path, or negotiate with the wall. We run through it. Hard things are the only things worth doing. Most people stop when things get hard. Not us. Whatever it takes.

We have a bias for doing over discussing, shipping over planning, motion over meetings. When in doubt, we move. We don’t hide behind process, prep, or perfection – we make it real, learn from it, and iterate. Doing is work. Everything else isn’t.

There is no fallback plan. When Rain decides to compete, we’re all in – no retreat, no hedging, no half measures. We don’t start fights we’re not committed to finishing and we don’t do things halfway. Full commitment is the only option. Second place is not a stepping stone. It’s a loss.
