Comprehensive USD & MXN access, fully connected to onchain payments

Named USD and MXN accounts that auto-convert between fiat and stablecoins.

True named accounts, both directions

Each virtual account is issued in the end user’s legal name. Inbound transfers list them as beneficiary, outbound transfers list them as sender—not a pooled reference.

Static routing and account numbers

Every user receives persistent account and routing details embedded directly in your app.

Multi-currency to stablecoin conversion

Incoming USD and MXN convert to supported stablecoins automatically. Outbound flows convert from stablecoins and settle over your chosen rail.

Built-in compliance and monitoring

Customer KYC, sanctions screening, ongoing AML monitoring, and regulatory reporting are integrated into the program.

Single KYC and KYB integration

Your KYC and KYB credential unlocks all Rain services, including virtual accounts.

Single integration, multi-market coverage

Available nearly everywhere Rain issues cards today.

Developer-ready solution

REST APIs, sandbox access, webhooks, and test accounts help teams go live in days.

Frequently asked questions

What rails are supported?

Virtual accounts support ACH and FedWire for first-party (1p) and third-party (3p) USD transfers, and SPEI for MXN transfers (1p and 3p). We also plan to expand to additional rails in the future. Your Rain account manager can provide the most up-to-date roadmap details.

How do USD and stablecoin conversions work?

Fiat arriving into a virtual account converts into supported stablecoins and is credited to the designated onchain destination. Outbound payments convert from stablecoins and are sent over ACH, FedWire, or SPEI.

Are routing and account numbers static?

Yes. Account and routing numbers are persistent per end user.

Can Rain’s virtual accounts be accessed by AI agents?

Yes. Virtual accounts can be accessed through Rain’s API, including by AI agents, as long as the underlying user has completed required KYC/KYB and compliance onboarding.

Partners can authorize agents to automate flows such as balance-based deposits, treasury movements, or sending payments programmatically, all within defined limits and monitoring controls.

What compliance processes are included?

Programs include customer KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, ongoing AML and transaction monitoring, and required regulatory reporting.
